Pronto Pizza is a Neapolitan-style pizzeria on Brighton Place in Portobello, a short walk from the promenade and Portobello Town Hall. Pizzas are made with slow-fermented dough and Italian-sourced ingredients, then baked in a wood-fired oven that runs at around 400°C. Vegan and gluten-free bases are available, there is a rotating specials menu, and Friday lunchtimes bring a walk-in slice-and-drink deal.
