Pizzeria 1926 has been making Neapolitan pizza on Dalry Road since 2016, about five minutes' walk from Haymarket station. It is Scotland's only member of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, so expect soft, puffy-edged pies alongside a short pasta menu. Tables can be booked, and there is collection and delivery for anyone eating at home.
