Pizza Geeks make Neapolitan-style pizzas with a comics-and-sci-fi streak running through the branding. The business grew out of Edinburgh street food markets before opening a sit-down site in Haymarket in 2018 and a second on the Shore in Leith in 2021, and the ovens still travel to events and markets. Alongside dine-in there is delivery and click-and-collect through their own app and ordering site, plus bulk office orders of ten pizzas or more.
