Pizza Geeks make Neapolitan-style pizzas at two Edinburgh sites — the original Haymarket shop opened in 2018 and the Leith Shore branch, nicknamed The Tardis, followed in 2021. The business grew out of years of trading at street food markets with portable ovens, and it still does event catering and bulk orders for offices. Dine-in, click-and-collect and delivery run seven days a week, with a menu of starters alongside the pizzas.
