Matto Pizza's Morningside branch is a 44-seat restaurant with a sizeable outdoor terrace, opened in 2021 as the group's second Edinburgh site. Neapolitan-style pizzas are made with dough mixed fresh each day and baked in a wood-fired oven at around 500C for under a minute. The menu numbers its pizzas 1 to 15, from a plain tomato-and-oregano base through to combinations with nduja, wild boar salami or truffle, alongside fried seafood sides, salads and cured meat platters. Collection and Deliveroo delivery are both available.
