Franco Manca

Franco Manca is a national chain of sourdough pizzerias that began in Brixton and draws on Neapolitan tradition, with numbered pizzas built on slow-risen dough kneaded fresh each day. The South St Andrew Street branch is one of two in Edinburgh; it takes bookings but keeps room for walk-ins, and there's a kids' menu plus gluten-free and vegan options. Drinks are limited to their own natural, organic and biodynamic wine list — no BYO.
