Dough Pizzeria bakes stone-oven pizzas made to order, with San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte across a long list of red- and white-base toppings. Alongside the classics there are Edinburgh-leaning specials like a haggis-topped Scozia and a genuinely large vegan section, with vegan versions of the margherita, parmigiana, pepperoni and capricciosa. Pizzas can be collected or ordered for delivery through Uber Eats, and the kitchen also caters events.
