The ground rules
Terms & Conditions
Peeza is a community for finding, rating and talking about pizza. These terms keep the rankings useful and the people behind them safe.

1. Who we are and these terms
Peeza provides this service and is referred to as “Peeza”, “we”, “us” or “our”. By creating an account or contributing content, you agree to these terms. You may browse public pages without an account.
Operator notice: Peeza’s full legal entity name, postal address and dedicated contact email must be added here before these terms are relied on for a public launch.
2. Who can use Peeza
You must be at least 13. If the law where you live requires parental permission at your age, you may only use Peeza with that permission. Venue representatives must be authorised to act for the venue they claim.
3. Your account
Give accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and tell us if you think it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person should not operate multiple accounts to manipulate rankings.
4. Your verdicts and contributions
Your display name, avatar, verdicts, written reviews, photos and community facts may appear publicly. Verdicts affect community rankings. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience, and photos must be yours or used with permission.
You keep ownership of your content. You give Peeza a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, crop, resize and display it for operating and promoting Peeza. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal obligations, and material already shared outside Peeza.
5. What is not allowed
- Fake, paid, coordinated or automated verdicts.
- Harassment, hate, threats, unlawful, explicit or defamatory content.
- Spam, impersonation, deceptive venue claims, or undisclosed commercial promotion.
- Content that violates privacy, copyright, trade marks or other rights.
- Scraping, disrupting, reverse engineering or misusing the service.
We may remove content, reduce manipulated signals, restrict accounts or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, venues or ranking integrity.
6. Venue information and rankings
Venue details may come from public sources, third-party map providers, venue representatives and the community. Details, opening times, prices and availability can change. Rankings are opinions derived from community activity, not professional awards or guarantees. Sponsored placements will be identified and will not secretly alter community verdict scores.
7. Third-party services
Peeza may link to maps, venue websites, menus, ordering services and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability or transactions.
8. Service availability and liability
Peeza is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every listing is complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to those rights, Peeza is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, business loss, or decisions made solely from a community rating. Free consumer use does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Peeza at any time. Account deletion is available by contacting Peeza through its official support channel until an in-app deletion control is provided. We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches, with a fair opportunity to challenge mistakes where appropriate.
10. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be explained in the app and, where appropriate, require fresh agreement. These terms do not restrict mandatory protections or your right to bring a claim in courts available to you under the law where you live. We will first try to resolve concerns fairly and informally.
See our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
